Devon YFC covers the county of Devon with a total of 38 clubs covering all areas from Devon from Blackmoor Gate in the North to Clawton in the West to Totnes in the South and Axminster in the East. These are just some of the clubs plus another 34 clubs covering the county.

Here are some of the events to look out for...

Friday -
1pm Registration opens
Evening - Smart dress - Radio 1 DJ Huw Stephens

Saturday -
11am Devon YFC photo at the Riviera Centre - please wear your red shirts!
12pm - AGRI forum with a free Hog Roast lunch!
2pm - Pantomime Final - The very best of luck to Cheriton & Tedburn YFC representing Devon!
Evening - Fancy dress - 'Through the decades' with Radio 1 DJ's Alice Levine & Aled Hayden Jones

Sunday -
10am - the AGM Meeting - every club has a vote so come along and vote on YFC issues that will effect you and your members.
1.30pm - Commercial Dance Finals - The very best of luck to Tarka representing Devon!
Evening - Club shirts - With Radio 1 DJ's Dev and Chris Stark

This year we are very lucky to have Hotline Electric Fencing Ltd kindly sponsoring our Devon YFC shirts this year for AGM.

Hotline would like to take a big photo of every Devon YFC member wearing their lovely red shirts in Torquay!

So this Saturday morning please meet at the tennis courts by the Riviera Centre, Torquay at 11am prompt, wearing your red shirt, for a big county photo to go in the newspaper!

Members that are heading to AGM this weekend, please read the NFYFC guidelines! ...

PRE ANNUAL CONVENTION WARNING!!! Please 'Share'! All attendees will be required to produce their YFC membership card at the registration desk, so please ensure the following criteria are met (if not, you have just over two days to fix it!): - The card is signed - The correct membership number is on the card - The identity photograph is a true likeness of the member and the photograph is correctly fixed to the card with the transparent film secured over the top (black and white photos will be accepted) - The date of birth is before 24/04/1997 - The card has not been tampered with e.g. date of birth does not look like it has been rubbed out and re-applied Make sure that you also bring another form of photographic ID such as a passport or driver's licence. Once the criteria has been met, you will be then be given your wristband. Any problems or concerns, give us a call on 02476 857200.

Devon Wildlife Trust has a brilliant opportunity for 4 new trainees available from 1st July 2015 for highly motivated individuals with a keen interest in conservation and/or environmental education.

There are vacancies for:
• Two Practical Conservation Trainees
o based at Meeth Quarry nature reserve but also working at other reserves mainly in the north of the county.
• Two Education and Community Engagement Trainees
o based in Exeter, but also working at schools, centres and events across the county.
