Devon YFC: Chief Operating OfficerWe’re looking for a dynamic leader to join the Devon Federation of Young Farmers’ Clubs (DFYFC) – one of Devon’s largest rural youth organisations, supporting over 1,400 young people across 37 clubs.
DFYFC delivers “fun, learning and achievement” through competitions, events, training and travel opportunities, helping young people build skills, confidence and community.
As Chief Operating Officer, you will lead the day-to-day running of the organisation, working with our Board, staff and volunteers to shape the future of DFYFC. You will help ensure we remain sustainable, compliant and forward-thinking, while also driving strategy, partnerships and income generation.
You will also act as Lead Safeguarding Officer.
We are seeking a values-driven leader with experience in operations, people management and working with volunteers or young people. A passion for rural communities is essential.
