St Boniface Farm Vets: Veterinary Technician / Approved Tuberculin Tester Required

St Boniface Vets are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our farm team.  The role will primarily involve TB testing on farm, but will develop as required to support and assist our Large Animal Vets and Vet Tech improving services across Devon and Cornwall.  All necessary training will be provided to qualify as an Approved Tuberculin Tester, which includes theory, online exams and practical audits. Knowledge and experience in cattle handling and an understanding of the current and ongoing fight to eradicate TB would be advantageous.  The position is four days per week, will include some early morning starts and finish times may vary.  All applicants must hold a full, clean driving license and 5 A*-C grade GCSE’s or equivalent. The successful applicant will demonstrate a confident, positive attitude, have a keen eye for detail alongside empathy for the stress TB testing places on clients, and discretion to maintain our strong client focused relations.
