Recently we have had many questions about entry to the Christmas Ball for under 18 members, so we thought we would explain a little further...

To allow us to comply with our licence, the following regulations must be obeyed:

1.All under 18 members must be signed in by an over 21 member when entering the ball. Of which, both people must have a current YFC membership card with a photo and signed, and both hold a valid ball ticket.

2.Each under 18 member must have a copy of their Parental consent form for 2014/2015. Photocopies will be accepted.

3.For under 18 members, there will be checks with a breathalyser on entry. If members are over the drink driving limit, they will not be allowed to enter the event and will be immediately turned away.

We MUST follow these rules to comply with our licence and to continue to allow under 18 members to attend our event.

We look forward to seeing you all tomorrow night!
